Senior Integrated Project Manager

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of projects within OMG from brief to delivery.
• Maintain real-time project status in OMG for leadership visibility.
• Coordinate across teams to manage dependencies, reviews, and milestones.
• Track SLA risks early; escalate with proposed resolutions.
• Support brief triage by reviewing briefs for completeness and scope.
• Manage asset versioning and delivery logistics.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in PM/traffic/production in creative or marketing.
• Proficiency with PM tools such as OMG, Workfront, Asana, or Monday.com.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Clear English; Spanish is an advantage.
• Experience in distributed, multi-cultural teams.
• Proactive, data-driven, AI-aware with capacity planning.
