Senior Integrated Project Manager

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of creative/production projects in OMG from brief to delivery.
• Maintain real-time project status in OMG for leadership visibility.
• Coordinate across teams to manage dependencies and milestones.
• Track SLA risks early; escalate with proposed resolutions before deadlines.
• Support brief triage: review briefs for completeness and scope.
• Manage version control, asset filing, and delivery to spec.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years PM/production coordination in creative/marketing.
• Proficiency with PM tools: OMG, Workfront, Asana, Monday.com, or equivalent.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• English proficiency; Spanish helpful for the Mexico City hub.
• Experience in distributed, multi-cultural teams across time zones.
• Proactive, solutions-first mindset for early risk mitigation.
