📋 Description

• Engage with customers to explain our platform and enable quick integration
• Own the technical onboarding: advisement, environment setup, troubleshooting
• Become an expert on Marqeta tokenization APIs and best practices
• Balance strategic and detailed work; anticipate downstream impacts
• Troubleshoot integrations and guide customers via documentation

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years with enterprise customers in technical roles
• Proficient with APIs; explain API concepts clearly
• Experience with Bruno or Postman; SQL and Datadog a plus
• Clear communicator of complex enterprise requirements
• Identify onboarding issues; coordinate cross-functionally
• B2B tech experience; payments and tokenization knowledge
