Senior Integration Health Engineer

📋 Description

• Monitor integration performance
• Develop and maintain AI-assisted tooling using approved tools such as Claude Code and Glean
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration errors, API failures, and data flow disruptions
• Maintain system health and ensure integrations are functional, efficient, and up to date
• Review logs and alerts to identify root causes and document resolutions
• Optimize existing integrations and recommend performance improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
• 4-7 years of experience with API monitoring, system health checks, integration, and network
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, PowerShell, or Bash for log analysis and automation
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Datadog, or Prometheus
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
