📋 Description

• Translate due diligence findings into comprehensive integration plans for assigned functions
• Lead integration workstreams involving enterprise resource planning systems, including Oracle, SAP
• Manage the day-to-day execution of integration initiatives, overseeing project timelines
• Secure alignment from senior leadership, corporate development teams, departmental leaders, and

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• 5–7 years of project management experience, including the ability to lead complex, cross-functional
• At least 3–5 years of mergers and acquisitions experience, with a strong understanding of the
• Demonstrated experience with ERP integrations or migrations, including platforms such as Oracle
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting integration activities, with experience in Tax
