Senior Integrations Engineer

📋 Description

• Own Heidi's strategic enterprise accounts and build account health dashboards.
• Respond to session-loss incidents with sub-2-hour response targets; define SLAs.
• Identify recurring failure patterns; drive architectural improvements.
• Build systems inside clinical workflows and integrate with EHRs.
• Turn payer constraints and compliance into robust, absorbent systems.
• Write clean, testable, observable code for clinician workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering with end-to-end ownership.
• Direct experience with enterprise integrations and EHR/healthcare-adjacent systems.
• Sound engineering judgment; testing and thoughtful design.
• Collaborative operator who works with GTM and account teams.
• Full availability during US Eastern business hours.
• Fluency with modern AI coding tools for rapid delivery.
