📋 Description

Own enterprise integrations architecture (identity, learning, HR systems)
Build/maintain SSO (SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect) with identity providers
Implement SCIM 2.0 provisioning and directory sync
Integrate with LMS/LXP platforms (Workday Learning, SAP, etc.) using LTI/xAPI/SCORM
Integrate with HRIS platforms to sync employee/org data
Design robust sync patterns (webhooks, retries, etc.)

🎯 Requirements

6+ years in software engineering
3+ years building B2B SaaS integrations
Hands-on SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0/OpenID Connect, SCIM 2.0
Production experience with major HRIS (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
Production experience with enterprise LMS or learning standards (LTI, xAPI, SCORM)
API design, event-driven architecture, idempotency, data mapping, validation, observability
