Senior Interaction Designer

📋 Description

• Lead Interaction Design for a high-visibility programme with GDS
• Act as trusted client contact and influence design decisions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on complex, fast-moving problems
• Maintain autonomy, judgement, relationship management and negotiation skills
• Support the programme through a GDS Design and Build phase
• Remote or hybrid work options; UK security clearance essential

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience with Interaction Design within GDS projects
• Demonstrable experience with Figma
• Experience working within multidisciplinary delivery teams
• Eligibility for UK Security Clearance and NPPV3
• Experience with complex stakeholders, navigating ambiguity
• Desirable: Home Office/Bluelight/Public Safety/Justice contexts
