Senior, Internal Audit AI Enablement & Automation

📋 Description

• Build and maintain AI automations across Internal Audit using AI Hub and SOX engine.
• Manage problem intake with clear dispositions and backlog prioritization.
• Own AI impact dashboard and function-level attribution for value.
• Coordinate Working Groups and track milestones in the automation program.
• Drive individual participation and adoption of AI tools within IA.
• Represent Internal Audit in cross-functional and company-wide AI initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• CPA/CIA/CISA or in progress; CISA preferred.
• 3–6 years internal audit across at least two disciplines.
• Ability to build or operate AI tools and automations for audit work.
• Strong written communication translating technical output for non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on experience with AI productivity tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT) or equivalent.
• Comfortable managing multiple concurrent workstreams with defined deliverables.
