• Act as senior HR expert for complex ER across Europe.
• Guide high-risk cases: investigations, terminations, misconduct.
• Navigate local legal frameworks while ensuring compliance.
• Advise stakeholders and Oyster customers on complex people issues.
• Draft country-specific HR information and docs using AI tools.
• Lead cross-country HR projects and optimize processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep employee relations across multiple countries.
• 6+ years ER & HR generalist experience.
• Cross-country HR with global focus (APAC, EMEA, AMER).
• Culturally aware with local HR practices knowledge.
• Exceptional communicator for leaders and clients.
• Tech-forward and AI-literate; experience with AI in HR.
