📋 Description

• Own end-to-end launch planning for UK and EU products; size initial buy.
• Manage post-launch replenishment; adjust waves based on sell-through signals.
• Operationalize forecasting models; apply judgement; flag model issues.
• Own POs end-to-end; ensure on-time, in-full delivery with vendors and teams.
• Collaborate with merchandising, sourcing and production on lead times and allocation.
• Build strong partner relationships; escalate constraints when needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in inventory, demand, supply, or merchandise planning.
• Build trust-based vendor relationships; cross-functional communicator; write launch readouts.
• Comfortable at pace; maintain strategic view and track PO status.
• Direct, hands-on sizing of launch buys for new products; read early sell-through data.
• Forecasting and replenishment knowledge for new-product contexts; challenge AI recommendations.
• Manage POs end-to-end with global vendors.
