Lead internal investigations end-to-end across fraud, misconduct, harassment, and policy violations.
Conduct intake, evidence collection, and interviews with complainants, witnesses, and subjects.
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for Head of Internal Audit and Board Committee.
Run whistleblower and grievance programme day to day.
Feed recurring themes from cases back into audit planning.
Write investigation findings suitable for disciplinary and legal proceedings.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, law, or criminology.
Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) credential required.
Extensive experience in internal investigations, ideally in fintech or regulated environments.
Track record preparing findings for senior management and Board audiences.
