Senior Investment Associate - Corporate Debt

📋 Description

• Originate and analyze corporate debt investments for LGIA clients across sectors (industrials
• Act as Deal Captain on transactions from due diligence through approval and closing.
• Manage existing investments via borrower reporting, rating agency reviews, waivers, and quarterly
• Collaborate with teams in Chicago and London, integrating across legal, credit, and operations.
• Develop sector/product research and support client marketing/origination efforts.
• Guide junior team members, fostering growth and capability development.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in investment grade private credit, private placements, leveraged lending, or related
• Bachelor's Degree (Finance/Accounting/Economics) required.
• 5+ years of credit experience required.
• CFA credential or pursuing CFA preferred; direct underwriting of debt transactions.
• Strong self-motivation, analytical skills, and effective communication across varied settings.
• Experience leading less experienced team members.
