Senior Investment Associate - Private Placements Team

📋 Description

• Originate, analyze, execute and manage infrastructure debt private placements for L&G Asset
• Collaborate with Chicago and London teams to originate and manage opportunities.
• Filter investments by credit, value, duration and portfolio fit.
• Conduct due diligence including credit and legal analysis; prepare investment committee materials
• Coordinate with PMs, Ratings and Legal to ensure opportunities meet guidelines.
• Support the marketing process to raise capital and develop investment solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years’ experience in buy-side debt private placements across infrastructure debt.
• Experience in bank credit programs or with an infrastructure sponsor is a plus.
• Ability to review many transactions to identify suitable investments; structure bilateral deals as
• Organized, focused, self-motivated with strong communication and analytical skills.
• Expertise in investment diligence: credit risks, rating methodologies, legal doc review, and
