Senior Investment Manager - Asia (Singapore)

📋 Description

• Support Head of Investments (Asia) in regional platforms (Philippines, Japan) and KPI management
• Lead deal underwriting, negotiation, and docs across solar, wind, and storage
• Support strategy, mandate expansion, and capital raising across Asia
• Originate, screen, and evaluate opportunities in target Asian markets
• Mentor junior team members in Singapore and the UK
• Liaise with HQ in London on investment committee processes, risk, and governance

🎯 Requirements

• Private Equity, M&A, or advisory experience in APAC renewables or infrastructure
• Proven people leadership and mentoring of junior team members
• Independently lead deal underwriting, commercial structuring, docs, and risk underwriting
• Advanced deal screening, financial modelling, valuation, and KPI management
• Deep understanding of renewable energy asset classes (solar, wind, storage, hydrogen) and APAC dynamics
• Established deal origination network across Asia
