Senior IP Counsel

📋 Description

• Develop and implement global IP strategy
• Build and manage international patent portfolios
• Collaborate with engineering/product teams on inventions
• Oversee patent prosecution with external counsel
• Advise leadership on IP risks and investments
• Support licensing, SaaS, and IP provisions in contracts

🎯 Requirements

• JD from an accredited U.S. law school
• Active admission to at least one U.S. state bar
• 7+ years IP experience in software/tech/gaming
• Experience managing global patent portfolios
• USPTO registration preferred
• Experience drafting patent applications and prosecution
