Senior IQC Inspector

📋 Description

• Trains new inspectors and mentors release processing.
• Perform First Article inspections to qualify tooling and new parts.
• Stand in for Supervisor when not present.
• Attend production and engineering meetings for material needs.
• Set up fixturing and operate Zeiss CMM; Calypso experience preferred.
• Interpret complex drawings and GD&T; guide engineers.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma; A.S. Engineering degree preferred.
• 3-5 years related experience or training; or equivalent.
• In-depth understanding of inspection techniques and metrology.
• Certification from authorized Zeiss trainer to operate CMM.
• SAP knowledge for lot transactions; proficient in MS Office.
• SME in standard inspection tools and GD&T concepts.
