Senior IQC Inspector

📋 Description

• Train new inspectors and mentor lot-release processing.
• Perform First Article inspections to qualify tooling and new parts.
• Stand in for Supervisor when absent; attend production & engineering meetings.
• Prioritize materials for Manufacturing & R&D based on reports.
• Set up fixturing and operate Zeiss CMM; Calypso is desirable.
• Operate optical comparator and metrology equipment for open-set inspection.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma; A.S. Engineering degree preferred.
• 3-5 years related experience or training.
• In-depth understanding of inspection techniques and metrology.
• Certification from authorized Zeiss trainer to operate CMM.
• SAP experience for lot transactions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SME in GD&T concepts/tools.
