Senior IT Administrator

📋 Description

• Own DLP ops: monitoring, incident triage, tuning, and documentation.
• Serve as primary SME for DLP tooling and processes.
• Administer Nightfall policies; investigate data-exfil alerts; coordinate with Security.
• Manage SquareX Browser Detection and Response controls.
• Administer Jamf; support endpoint management and patching.
• Remediate workstation vulnerabilities via CrowdStrike; coordinate with end users.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years IT admin across endpoints, IAM, provisioning, patching, and user support.
• Strong experience administering Jamf and managed endpoints.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work through unfamiliar problems.
• Ownership of operational programs: monitoring, documentation, continuous improvement.
• Triage incidents, stay calm under pressure, adapt to changing priorities.
• Clear communication to nontechnical partners, including executives.
