Senior IT Administrator

📋 Description

• Architect, install, configure, and maintain servers, desktops, and network equipment.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize network and system performance.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls (Active Directory).
• Design, implement, and test data backup and disaster recovery.
• Develop and maintain IT security measures—firewalls, antivirus, patching, compliance.
• Lead complex incidents and requests; ensure service via the helpdesk.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field (or equivalent).
• 5+ years of IT administration in a medium/large organization.
• Windows Server and/or Linux administration; networking; Active Directory.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
• Familiar with ITSM tools and backup/disaster recovery.
• PowerShell, Bash, or comparable scripting.
