Senior IT Administrator

📋 Description

• Own the day-to-day operation and development of the DLP program, including monitoring and triage.
• Serve as the DLP SME for tooling and processes.
• Administer Nightfall policies and investigate data-exfiltration alerts.
• Administer Jamf and support endpoint management, patching, and workstation health.
• Remediate workstation vulnerabilities identified via CrowdStrike; coordinate with end users.
• Support software lifecycle management, including SSO setup and user provisioning.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of broad IT administration across endpoints, IAM, provisioning, patching, and user support.
• Strong experience administering Jamf and managed endpoints.
• Excellent troubleshooting and the ability to work through unfamiliar problems.
• Experience owning operational programs: monitoring, docs, and cross-functional coordination.
• Ability to triage incidents, work under pressure, and adapt to priorities.
• Clear business communication to explain tech topics to executives.
