📋 Description

• Administer and continuously improve our Microsoft 365 environment and core collaboration and
• Manage user identities, devices, access rights, security policies, and endpoint compliance.
• Provide senior-level support and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and SaaS issues.
• Maintain IT documentation, processes, monitoring, and security best practices.
• Lead AI orchestration initiatives by connecting AI tools, workflows, data sources, and automation

🎯 Requirements

• Deep, hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365, particularly Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams
• Strong understanding of identity and access management, endpoint management, networking, and IT
• Practical experience with scripting and automation, such as PowerShell.
• A structured, service-oriented approach with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
