Senior IT Administrator

📋 Description

• Provision new-hire accounts, equipment, and access; onboard identity, endpoint, and SaaS.
• Execute timely access revocation and deactivation; coordinate device recovery for departing staff.
• Administer and troubleshoot enrollments.
• Manage applications across the Dragos SaaS estate.
• Endpoint hardware lifecycle: provisioning, imaging/enrollment, shipping/returns, asset tracking.
• Maintain asset records and runbooks; provide UK/EU coverage; support global IT projects & M&A.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on IT support or systems administration in a corporate end-user environment.
• MDM/endpoint management with Microsoft Intune and Jamf; Apple Business Manager a strong plus.
• Microsoft 365 and Atlassian environments.
• Onboarding/offboarding: provisioning and revocation.
• GDPR/UK data-protection obligations when handling personal and device data.
• Strong customer-service orientation and clear written and verbal English; remote-first team.
