Senior IT Administrator

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day DLP operations and ongoing program development (monitoring, triage, tuning, docs).
• Serve as the internal SME for DLP tooling and processes.
• Administer Nightfall policies; investigate data-exfiltration alerts with Security.
• Manage SquareX Browser Detection and Response to secure browsers and data.
• Administer Jamf and support endpoint management and patching.
• Remediate workstation vulnerabilities via CrowdStrike, coordinating with end users.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of IT admin across endpoints, IAM, provisioning, patching, and user support.
• Strong experience administering Jamf and supporting managed endpoints.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve unfamiliar problems.
• Experience owning operational programs, including monitoring, documentation, and cross-functional coordination.
• Ability to triage incidents, work under pressure, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Clear business communication to explain technical topics, risks, and tradeoffs to nontechnical partners.
