Senior IT Administrator

📋 Description

• Own DLP program operations: monitoring, alert triage, policy mgmt, and docs.
• Serve as a DLP SME, supporting incident triage and security responses.
• Manage security controls for browser use, AI tools, and data protection.
• Administer endpoint management (including Jamf) for device health, patching, and security.
• Coordinate remediation of workstation vulnerabilities from monitoring tools.
• Support software lifecycle: SSO configuration, user provisioning, and app access.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in IT admin incl. endpoint ops, IAM, provisioning, patching, user support.
• Strong experience administering Jamf and managing enterprise endpoints.
• Experience with security programs like DLP, vulnerability remediation.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve complex issues.
• Experience monitoring, documenting, improving processes, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to prioritize incidents and work under pressure.
