Administer, maintain, and support the company's IT infrastructure across global offices
Manage day-to-day IT operations, ensuring 24x7 availability and reliability
Own the user onboarding and offboarding process, including access provisioning and deprovisioning
Administer SaaS applications — user provisioning, license tracking, and renewal coordination
Execute the IT asset life cycle end-to-end: procurement, deployment, tracking, and secure disposal
Monitor systems and infrastructure proactively; troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate incidents

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
2-6 years of hands-on experience administering IT infrastructure and operations
Strong working knowledge of network administration, endpoint management, and SaaS application
Practical experience with automation/scripting (Shell, Python)
Comfortable working in a startup/scale-up environment
Working knowledge of ITIL-aligned support processes
