📋 Description

• Administer and maintain enterprise platforms including Microsoft 365, Okta, Kandji, Intune, and

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT administration, systems engineering, or a related role.
• Demonstrated expertise with one or more of the following: Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, macOS, and cloud-based platforms.
• Experience with identity and access management (SSO, MFA, SCIM provisioning, conditional access
• Working knowledge of endpoint management and MDM solutions for both macOS and Windows fleets.
• Familiarity with scripting and automation (PowerShell, Bash, Python, or equivalent).
