Senior IT Application Specialist

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise apps from roadmap to deployment.
• Use AI tools to write, review, and orchestrate code.
• Build and deploy workflow automations with LLM APIs on GCP/AWS/n8n.
• Design AI agent skills and autonomous workflows with governance.
• Run health checks and automate monitoring; coordinate upgrades for high availability.
• Lead incident response and architectural reviews; mentor team on AI adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• Post-secondary degree in CS or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5-8 years of experience supporting IT applications, including cloud and enterprise environments.
• At least 3 years building AI-powered automation in production environments.
• Advanced proficiency with AI coding tools: Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, Gemini CLI.
• Strong Python, PowerShell, Bash skills; Linux admin; SSO (SAML/LDAPS) and Zero Trust.
• Cloud platforms Google Cloud, AWS, Azure; Docker; Infra automation; AIOps/observability tools.
