Senior IT & Automation Engineer (f/m/d)

📋 Description

• Own core internal IT stack (Okta, Google Workspace, Slack) and user lifecycle security.
• Manage Mac laptop fleet; zero-touch DEP/MDM deployments; ensure endpoints meet security standards.
• Advise teams; evaluate, challenge, and prioritise tooling requests.
• Automate and improve TechOps processes; own improvement initiatives.
• Leverage AI tools to improve quality and speed; enable team adoption.
• Collaborate on AI tool governance and LLM integration; ensure safe adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on, end-to-end support across all levels; no strict boundaries.
• Think critically, challenge assumptions, prioritise high-value work.
• Build/maintain automations with Okta Workflows, n8n, Tines, Make.
• Active use of AI tools (LLMs, AI workflows) to improve output.
• Strong macOS and Apple device management (MDM/DEP).
• Prior experience with Okta and Google Workspace required.
• Nice-to-have: Git, GitHub, GitHub Actions, Terraform.
• Nice-to-have: Golang, Python, Docker, or Kubernetes.
