Senior IT Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Lead cross-application and cross-team development and deployment initiatives, ensuring alignment
• Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable solution designs; evaluate feasibility; and
• Act as the senior liaison between business stakeholders, IT developers, global application teams
• Facilitate and guide requirements gathering sessions using interviews, workflow reviews, system
• Drive process redesign and standardization efforts to improve efficiency, reduce manual
• Ensure optimal use of Eurofins systems by providing expert guidance and promoting best practice

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Programmer Analyst, QA Analyst, or
• 5+ years of combined technical and functional business experience supporting enterprise
• Laboratory or scientific industry experience strongly preferred.
• Experience mentoring or guiding analysts or project team members is a plus.
• Reside within a commutable distance to Eurofins labs in: Madison, WI, Des Moines, IA, Lancaster, PA
