Senior IT & Business Continuity Manager

📋 Description

• Own IT operations end-to-end: devices, SaaS, identity & access management.
• Administer MDM and maintain a secure Mac/Windows fleet.
• Manage core tools: Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, 1Password, and more.
• Lead IT onboarding/offboarding to ensure Day 1 readiness.
• Own Vanta/GRC: manage SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI, and evidence.
• Collaborate with Security Engineer; implement IT security fundamentals.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years IT experience, ideally in remote-first SaaS/fintech.
• GRC tool experience; Vanta preferred; led a compliance audit.
• SOC 2 and ISO 27001 or PCI DSS familiarity.
• Strong project management to keep a compliance program on track.
• Notion admin at scale: permissions, governance, cross-functional.
• Familiarity with AI tools and adoption in the workplace.
