📋 Description

• Own a portfolio of client accounts at a senior level, serving as the primary point of contact and
• Serve as the escalation point for our technicians on complex technical issues across MDM, identity
• Build and configure systems from scratch or lead significant infrastructure rebuilds, not just
• Administer and optimize identity platforms, particularly Okta, including workflows and automations
• Lead MDM deployments and policy configuration across Jamf, Kandji, Intune, or similar, with the
• Manage both Mac and Windows environments comfortably, with deep expertise in at least one

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on IT experience in a fast-paced, multi-client environment
• Experience building IAM workflows and configuring automations (Okta)
• Experience with MDM platforms (Jamf, Kandji, Intune)
• Deep working knowledge of Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
• Strong Mac and Windows proficiency
• Solid networking fundamentals
