📋 Description

• Architect, deploy, and maintain mission-critical IT infrastructure for high availability and scalability.
• Design and implement enterprise security policies, identity management, and access control.
• Lead infrastructure strategy, vendor management, hardware lifecycle, and capacity planning.
• Drive complex infrastructure projects like upgrades, migrations, and technology implementations.
• Establish technical standards, documentation, and operational best practices.
• Design and maintain enterprise clustering and networking for connectivity, resilience, and security.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience managing complex enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent).
• Strong experience designing high-availability environments and clustering.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows and macOS, Active Directory, and enterprise networking.
• Meraki and Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) tools; Linux admin desirable.
• English and Spanish fluency required; German a plus; travel within Spain.
