📋 Description

• Lead planning and implementation of large-scale device infrastructure projects with broad impact
• Drive IT Change Management for endpoint management and fleet operations
• Admin cloud-based Apple MDM platforms (Iru)
• Design and ship automation with agentic/LLM components; know when to reuse tooling
• Rollout design with a strong user experience focus
• Collaborate across teams and engage stakeholders at all levels

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years IT experience; 2+ years in IT engineering or admin focused on cloud-first endpoint management
• IaC and CI/CD for device management at scale (500+ endpoints)
• Senior-level experience with Apple MDM platforms e.g Iru
• Automation design/shipping with agentic/LLM components; know when to reuse tooling
• Bash and shell scripting for endpoint automation and fleet operations
• Device trust principles: phishing-resistant authentication, conditional access, endpoint compliance at scale
• Bonus: ITIL, Microsoft Intune admin, PowerShell, 1Password EPM admin
