📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional discovery to define tech requirements and project plans.
• Architect Zendesk stack across brands and optimize AI-driven Answer Bots.
• Design automated Joiner/Mover/Leaver workflows and provisioning triggers for Zendesk.
• Create advanced automation with Zendesk triggers, automations, and middleware.
• Build bi-directional integrations between Zendesk and Slack, Okta, and Google Workspace.
• Enforce platform security policies to comply with HIPAA, SOC2, and SOX.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of IT engineering in large-scale enterprise environments.
• 3+ years Zendesk Administration and architecture.
• IAM integration: experience with Okta, IIQ, or similar IAM tools.
• Scripting: Python or Bash for reporting, API interactions, and advanced workflows.
• Project Leadership: lead discovery sessions and advise internal stakeholders.
