Senior IT Engineer

📋 Description

• IT support for all employees, including VIPs and C-suite, with white-glove service.
• Enforce security best practices and train staff accordingly.
• Manage hardware/software globally using Apple Business Manager and MDM.
• Onboarding, offboarding, and provisioning securely and efficiently.
• Administer core SaaS tools: Slack, Jira, Notion, 1Password, Google Workspace.
• Support AI tools adoption and admin guidance (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini).

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years IT support or systems engineering; works well under pressure.
• Strong security awareness and best practices knowledge.
• Proficient in macOS and Google Workspace administration.
• Solid TCP/IP, routing, firewalls; Meraki experience.
• Experience with Jamf or similar MDM; Rippling a bonus.
• AV and video conferencing hardware/software (Logitech, Owl, Meet, Zoom).
• Vendor management and ISP engagement experience.
• VIP and C-suite support experience.
