Senior IT Engineer, New Vertical

📋 Description

• Remotely execute implementation from contract to go-live.
• Own quality and time-to-live at every step.
• Lead automation opportunities to improve onboarding.
• Configure and troubleshoot PMS integrations with multiple systems.
• Set up and support remote access tools and practice networks.
• Communicate with MSPs and onboarding vendors; represent the product.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in IT implementation, onboarding, or remote support.
• PMS experience: Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Curve, Open Dental, or Denticon.
• Strong remote access tools experience (TeamViewer, RemotePC, Splashtop, AnyDesk).
• Experience managing high-volume workloads (20-40+ concurrent).
• Clear, confident communicator with IT directors and staff.
• Nice-to-have: healthcare/dental environment; HIPAA familiarity.
