Senior IT ERP Analyst, OTC

📋 Description

• Functional lead for SAP S/4HANA OTC: order entry, pricing, availability, delivery, billing.
• Collaborate with business users and IT teams to gather requirements (IDocs, middleware, APIs).
• Design/configure SAP OTC; translate requirements into WRICEF specs; support testing/go-live.
• Drive SAP integrations with external systems via IDoc/EDI; monitor interfaces.
• Post go-live support: troubleshoot issues, root-cause analyses, corrective actions.
• Train users; develop documentation; provide ongoing support.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 6-8 years SAP OTC/SD with SAP S/4HANA experience.
• Experience with full lifecycle SAP implementations (preferably S/4HANA) and sustainment.
• Experience designing and supporting SAP integrations (IDocs, middleware, EDI, APIs).
• Expert SAP SD/OTC configuration: order types, pricing, deliveries, billing, credit management.
• Willing to work onsite 4 days/week at listed US locations.
