Senior IT ERP Analyst, OTC

📋 Description

• Act as functional lead for SAP S/4HANA OTC: order entry, pricing, availability, delivery, billing.
• Collaborate with users and IT teams to gather requirements and integration needs (IDocs, API).
• Design SAP OTC modules; translate requirements into WRICEF specs and go-live.
• Drive SAP integrations with external systems (IDoc/EDI); monitor interfaces.
• Provide post-go-live support: troubleshoot, root-cause analyses, and process improvements.
• Work with master data, supply chain and logistics leads to govern material, customer and pricing data.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IS, CS, Business Admin, or related field.
• 6-8 years of SAP OTC/SD experience; with SAP S/4HANA.
• Full lifecycle SAP implementations (preferably S/4HANA) and sustainment.
• Experience with SAP integrations: IDocs, middleware, EDI, APIs.
• Expert SAP SD/OTC configuration knowledge: orders, pricing, deliveries, billing.
• Comfortable onsite 4 days/week at one of listed locations.
