Senior IT ERP Analyst, OTC

📋 Description

• Act as SAP S/4HANA OTC functional lead: orders, pricing, delivery, billing.
• Gather, analyze, document requirements; define integration needs (IDocs, APIs).
• Design and configure OTC; translate requirements into specs; support go-live.
• Drive integrations between SAP and external systems via IDoc/EDI/middleware.
• Provide post go-live support: troubleshoot, root-cause analyses, action plans.
• Collaborate with master data and supply chain leads for data governance and improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, CS, Business Admin, or related.
• 6–8 years SAP OTC/SD functional experience; S/4HANA preferred.
• Full lifecycle SAP implementation experience; sustainment knowledge.
• Experience designing/supporting integrations: IDocs, middleware, EDI, APIs.
• Expert SAP SD/OTC configuration knowledge (orders, pricing, deliveries, billing).
• Comfortable onsite 4 days/week at listed US locations; strong communication.
