Senior IT ERP Analyst, OTC

📋 Description

• Senior ERP Analyst for SAP S/4HANA OTC (Order-to-Cash).
• Lead functional design, configuration, testing, and go-live for OTC processes.
• Collaborate with business users and IT/integration teams on requirements and integrations (IDocs
• Ensure data integrity and end-to-end OTC solution delivery with external systems.
• Provide post go-live support, root-cause analyses, and process improvements.
• Train users and create documentation for ongoing support.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IS/CS/Business or related field.
• 6–8 years SAP OTC/SD functional experience; SAP S/4HANA preferred.
• Experience with SAP integrations (IDocs, middleware, EDI, APIs).
• Strong knowledge of SAP SD/OTC: order types, pricing, delivery, billing, credit mgmt.
• Experience with system integrations and middleware tools (SAP CPI or equivalent).
• Proven ability to translate business problems to functional specs and lead end-to-end delivery.
