Senior IT/GRC SOC 2 Auditor - LATAM

📋 Description

• Lead SOC 2 and IT compliance engagements from start to finish.
• Guide junior staff and supervise audit teams.
• Engage with clients to deliver audits and readiness assessments.
• Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication.
• Ensure timely progress updates and escalate issues to management.
• Collaborate with teams to improve audit quality and efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–4 years IT audit experience focusing on ITGC and application controls
• Strong knowledge of SOC 2 and related frameworks
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, MIS, Cybersecurity, or related field
• Strong client communication and project management skills
• English bilingual required
• Nice to have: GRC tools and cloud knowledge (e.g., Vanta/Drata; AWS/Azure/GCP)
