Senior IT Manager - AI Innovation & Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead and develop multiple AI engineering and innovation teams
• Translate AI strategies into roadmaps, delivery plans, and priorities
• Oversee design, deployment, and scaling of AI-powered products
• Provide technical leadership across architecture, security, testing, and reliability
• Partner with product, data science, platform, and business stakeholders
• Manage delivery from concept through production and scale

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 8–10+ years delivering AI or software initiatives and leading teams
• Proven experience managing engineering organizations with managers or leads
• Hands-on Java and/or Python development and modern app design
• Experience designing scalable solutions on Google Cloud Platform
• Strong knowledge of DevSecOps, CI/CD, automation, and delivery methods
