📋 Description

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of EliseAI's internal IT
• Lead enterprise IT across identity, endpoint mgmt, networking, SaaS
• Establish scalable processes, standards, metrics, and best practices
• Build, mentor, and grow the IT team
• Partner with People Operations, Workplace Operations, Security Eng, Finance
• Deliver a secure, reliable, and scalable employee technology experience

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8+ years in IT Ops, Systems Admin, or Internal IT
• Built, scaled, or modernized internal IT at startups/high growth
• Proven track record hiring and mentoring IT teams
• Deep tech: Okta; Mosyle; Jamf; Kandji; Intune; Microsoft 365; Google Workspace
• Experience macOS and Windows, endpoint, networking, SaaS
• Onboarding/offboarding, provisioning, access mgmt, device lifecycle
• Led cross-functional IT initiatives and company-wide rollouts
• Built automations using scripting, APIs, AI, or workflow tooling
