Strong IT strategy, budgeting, KPI reporting, and vendor management
Expertise in ITSM, ISO 27001/27002, SOC 2, GDPR
Endpoint management across Windows, macOS, Linux
Cloud platforms (Google Cloud, Azure) and SaaS apps (Atlassian, Zoom)
Automation, scripting, and corporate networking (WiFi, firewalls, VPNs)
