📋 Description

• Lead design, implementation, and improvement of IT operations strategies for reliable, scalable, secure tech.
• Manage and optimize enterprise SaaS platforms, including IAM, collaboration tools, productivity apps, and endpoint management.
• Drive initiatives to improve IT infrastructure, security standards, system performance, and ops efficiency.
• Support rollout and governance of AI-powered workplace tools, with access control, compliance, and usage monitoring.
• Own macOS fleet management, device administration, and endpoint security practices.
• Mentor junior IT engineers, sharing expertise and promoting operational excellence.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior IT operations, systems engineering, or workplace technology role, with a strong track record of improving IT environments.
• Advanced knowledge of SaaS administration, identity and access management, endpoint management, and security best practices.
• Hands-on experience managing macOS environments and enterprise device management solutions.
• Experience administering enterprise AI tools, including access management, user provisioning, governance, and usage monitoring.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, automation, compliance requirements, and operational processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership abilities with mentoring experience and strong communication skills.
