🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in senior IT operations, systems engineering, or workplace tech with improvement track record.
• Advanced SaaS administration, IAM, endpoint management, and security practices.
• Hands-on macOS management and enterprise device management solutions.
• Experience administering enterprise AI tools: access mgmt, provisioning, governance.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, automation, compliance, and operations.
• Excellent problem solving, leadership, and mentoring abilities; clear communication.
