• Advanced knowledge of SaaS administration, IAM, endpoint management, and security.
• Hands-on macOS management and enterprise device solutions.
• Experience administering enterprise AI tools: access management, provisioning, governance.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, automation, compliance, and operations.
• Excellent problem-solving and independent, strategic thinking.
