Senior IT Operations Engineer

📋 Description

• Act as senior IT support contact in Edinburgh, guiding day-to-day ops and mentoring.
• Work with a global IT team across time zones and offices, aligning priorities.
• Provide escalation support for complex issues, as SME for the wider team.
• Administer identity and productivity platforms: Entra ID, M365, Google Workspace.
• Support and maintain AWS-based infrastructure and cloud services.
• Manage SharePoint sites, permissions, and content structure for collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in IT support or sysadmin, incl. mentoring juniors.
• Experience managing Windows and macOS at scale.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365.
• Strong scripting/automation with PowerShell and Python.
• Working knowledge of AWS and cloud infra concepts.
• Experience administering Google Workspace.
