🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior IT operations, systems engineering, or workplace tech role with a strong track record.
• Advanced SaaS administration, identity/access management, endpoint management, and security practices.
• Hands-on macOS environments management and enterprise device management.
• Experience administering enterprise AI tools: access management, provisioning, governance, monitoring.
• Strong IT infrastructure, automation, compliance, and operational processes.
• Excellent problem-solving, ability to tackle technical challenges strategically and independently.
